Plan structure

Every apartment starts on the Free plan. Once an apartment needs more than 5 seats, it moves to the Standard plan, billed per member.

Free

Included with every apartment from day one

₹0
  • Total 5 seats available
  • Add up to 5 members total — e.g. 1 Security, 1 Second Admin, 3 Residents — matching your apartment's needs
  • Or add 5 Residents only

Standard

For apartments that need more than 5 seats

₹50/seat/month
₹42/seat/year
  • Add as many members of your apartment as you need
  • Pay per member/seat
  • Residents' family members are free — only the resident's own registration is charged

After the free 5 seats are exceeded, the 5-seat allowance is paid for under the new subscription — the free tier covers 5 seats only.

You can add extra seats to an active Standard subscription at any time. Upgrading from Free to Standard, or increasing seats, is available at any time; an existing Standard subscription's plan upgrade option becomes available 7 days before its renewal date. If a Standard subscription is not renewed by its renewal date, some existing functionality in the app becomes unavailable until the subscription is renewed.

Subscription period and renewal

Subscriptions may be monthly, annual or another period stated in the order. Unless the order says otherwise, a subscription renews for the same period unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Pricing and taxes

Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. GST and other applicable taxes may be added. Any payment gateway charges or third-party charges will be disclosed where applicable.

User and usage limits

Plans may include limits on units, residents, administrators, storage, notifications, transactions, support or API usage. Exceeding a limit may require an upgrade or additional usage fee.

Trial periods

If a trial is offered, Mywe may specify duration, feature limits and whether payment details are required. Trial access may be changed or discontinued before commercial launch.

Suspension

Mywe may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, non-payment, material breach, unlawful use, risk to the platform or as required by law. Where practical, Mywe will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the issue.

Termination

Either party may terminate in accordance with the applicable order. On termination, access may cease after the subscription period. Mywe may retain records required for legal, financial, security and audit purposes.

Data after termination

Data handling after termination is governed by the Privacy Policy and the customer agreement. Where the subscribing organisation is the controller/data fiduciary, the organisation remains responsible for lawful instructions concerning its resident data.

Service availability

Mywe will use reasonable efforts to keep Kotiyo available, but uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, third-party outages, internet failures, force majeure, security incidents and emergency maintenance may affect availability.

Third-party services

Kotiyo may integrate with payment gateways, messaging providers, cloud infrastructure, mapping services, identity/security services and other third parties. Their terms may apply to the relevant functionality.

Fair use

Customers must not use Kotiyo to store or distribute unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, malicious or infringing content, or to attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineering, security testing without permission, scraping or disruption.

Commercial precedence

If there is a conflict, the signed customer agreement/order form controls commercial matters; these terms and the Privacy Policy control platform use and data processing to the extent not inconsistent with the signed agreement.
